Indications of use
The recommended daily dose is 13 g (one heaping measuring spoon). Add the collagen powder over 200 - 250 ml of water, wait 20 seconds until the powder reaches the bottom of the glass and mix vigorously for 20 seconds until fully diluted. Consume immediately. You can adjust the amount of water according to your preferences. The efficacy of the product is not influenced by the amount of water used. Alternatively, the product can be mixed with coffee, tea, natural juice, yogurt, smoothies, or shakes.
